Privacy Policy Customer Terms Contractor Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TyreApp mobile application ("Customer App") as a customer ("Customer") requesting mobile tyre services through the TyreApp platform ("TyreApp", "we", "our", "us"). By registering for and using the Customer App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Booking a service

Customers can request a tyre service either immediately or schedule it for a preferred date and time. Available services include:

  • Puncture Repair (included in both Emergency and Scheduled Call Out)
  • Tyre Replacement (with choice of Budget, Mid-Range, or Premium tyres)

Both services can be requested via the following methods:

  • Emergency Call Out — for instances where our services are required as soon as possible
  • Scheduled Call Out — for instances where our services are required at your chosen date/time

Customers must select the required service and tyre category (if applicable), view the total price, and complete payment through the app to confirm the booking.

Payments and charges

  • All payments must be made through the TyreApp Customer App using approved payment methods.
  • Prices are clearly displayed and include all applicable fees. Customers must not pay or agree to additional charges from Contractors unless explicitly stated within the App.
  • If a customer cancels a booking more than 15 minutes after a Contractor has accepted the job, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • TyreApp reserves the right to issue refunds in cases of verified service failure, misconduct, or significant Customer dissatisfaction caused by the Contractor.

Service fulfilment

  • Once a Contractor accepts your service request, you will be able to view their live location via the App.
  • Contractors are responsible for arriving at the service location and performing the agreed-upon service safely and professionally.
  • If the service requires changes (e.g. tyre replacement instead of puncture repair), the change must be requested and confirmed through the App. Do not make off-app agreements with Contractors.
  • Please be aware that if, as a Customer, you request a service from a Contractor which you have not included in your service request, TyreApp is not responsible for any issues.

Customer conduct

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate service information
  • Be present at the designated location
  • Not request services outside the App or offer direct payments to Contractors

Abuse, threats, or misuse of the App or platform may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Complaints and support

  • Customers may submit complaints or service concerns to info@tyreapp.co.uk.
  • TyreApp investigates all complaints fairly and may issue refunds or take corrective action based on the circumstances.

Modifications to bookings

  • Booking modifications (e.g. change of time or service) must be made through the Customer App prior to Contractor arrival.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may adjust the final price accordingly.

Refunds and disputes

  • Refunds are processed at TyreApp's discretion following investigation of Contractor service issues, no-shows, or Customer cancellations due to fault by the Contractor.
  • Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Account suspension and termination

TyreApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms.

Data and privacy

  • TyreApp handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Location, service, and transaction data may be collected to ensure proper service tracking and Customer support.

Changes to these terms

TyreApp may update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes via email or App notification. Continued use of the app confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK legal processes.
